I have a sugarbush that has not been managed in almost a decade. There is a trail system in place and old lines but no other infrastructure. The property is off grid and a healthy mix of red and sugar maples

Tenure arrangement details
I have a lot of land that I manage on my own, utilizing for firewood and food and raising animals but it has so much potential and I would love to have a conversation with folks about utilizing that potential, especially pertaining but not limited to the sugarbush. I have a small cabin that could easily be converted into a rustic 3 season place that I'm planning on working on this winter.
