You can search available land opportunities and farm seeker listings without an account, but to see contact information and messaging options you will need to create one. With a Vermont Land Link account you can:

• Search for land and contact landowners
• Message farm seekers 
• Advertise land opportunities
• Post a farm seeker profile
• Receive email updates when new listings are posted
• Access free, personalized services for land access support, farm business planning and stewardship.

Time to GET STARTED and GET CONNECTED! Go to your Account dashboard to create a listing and to keep track of your favorite listings from other VLL community members.

You’ll need to be logged in to your VLL account for contact information and direct messaging options to appear on listings. Messaging folks directly through VLL sends emails right to their inbox.

Yes! GET UPDATED by subscribing to VLL email notifications. Updates will be sent weekly with newly published land opportunities and farm seeker listings. If there is no new content that week, you won’t be sent an email. You can unsubscribe and rejoin at any time. 

We did! As a program of the Intervale Center, VLL directly connects you to service providers and resources that can make your land---farm seeker match a successful one. Whether you’re looking for land access support, farm business planning or stewardship options, we can help.

Vermont Land Link is a member of the New England Farm Link Collaborative, a partnership of farm link programs and land access services across the region. When creating your listing, you have the option to also have it automatically posted on the regional New England Farmland Finder website to increase visibility and engagement if you wish.

When your listing is ready to be posted, save it as Ready for Review. This will alert the VLL team to review and publish your post. If there is anything that requires more clarification or information, we will contact you. Otherwise your listing will be published within 48 hours, and you will receive an email notification.

If you forgot your password or would like to reset it, Reset Password. You will receive an email with a link to sign in and reset your password. This link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.

You can unsubscribe and rejoin from getting new VLL listings sent to your inbox at any time.
