Turn of century donkey farm. I had horses on property originally when I moved here. The girls brought the apple trees down here. Started putting in gardens when broke ground for new house. Then started flower farming. Always organic,  cover cropped, and composted. Healthy sunny knoll with great soil. Hand dug the puppies pond which got larger and had five different frog species breeding plus  .,. Environmental science degree at work...

No drainage problems ever , slight slope, designed large growing beds to be relatively flat.

No chemicals ever. More maintenance than time for growing past few years.

Description of farm infrastructure

Originally property was used as a donkey farm. Found a tiny horse shoe when broke ground here thirty years ago.

Started and ran flower biz here for numerous years. Weddings, restaurants,  farmers markets, retirement homes, hospitals, etc.

Sold nursery stock,  perennials, started line of flower seeds. Always organic . Cover cropped, composted 3 acre high solar gain knoll with great soil.

Have large one stall attached to smaller equipment shed. 

Equipment is pretty much hand tools and mulching lawnmower.
