Additional Information
We are a happy, fulfilled couple that have dedicated close to 30 years to this beautiful hillside homestead (farm?) w/spectacular views of the Groton State Forest range and Spruce Mountain in Plainfield to our south. We are interested in charting a 5-10 year plan which could be mutually beneficial to future farmers, graziers, and/or land stewards. Additional grazing and hay ground possibilities may exist in the immediate neighborhood.
