We maintain ~230 acres of conserved land in Fletcher. It's roughly a 50/50 mix of ag and forest land. We have several projects on the land currently (sugaring, grazing, cropping) but there's always more that could be done!

Farmer or farm family

Quality of land

We have several wetlands on the property. The entire property is covered year round; no chemicals whatsoever have been applied in decades (if ever). The land is made up of typical VT rolling hills all draining into the headwaters of the Fairfield river. Soils are productive - we have an active forest management plan that can be shared with interested partners.
