Tenure arrangement details

We are providing the land and covering all the overhead / startup costs. Farmer would bring their own labor and expertise. In past years we participate in providing food resources for community programs and we are open to that being the focus. We also have wholesale resources to purchase products. Also open to farmer controlling sales. We are open to splitting revenues or accepting fully processed food as payment. Arrangement is negotiable.

Seeking a passionate, skilled farmer to partner with us in expanding our garden program. Primary interest is in collaborating to cultivate the orchard and vegetable gardens. Additional opportunity to participate in or develop other initiatives. We make maple syrup, cultivate mushrooms, and are pursuing silviculture and agroforestry. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to dive in and build on existing resources. On site camping might be possible, but no proper housing available. We do have an employee bathroom with shower. We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all and strongly encourage individuals of all backgrounds to apply.
