Tenure arrangement details

Starting out on a trial basis as a rental arrangement, potentially leading into a buy-in. Possibly structured as a purchase of the house associated with use and stewardship of the land in trust.

We are nestled into the hills at the top of the watershed looking out at the White Mountains in the distance (on the flip side of our ridge one sees Camel's Hump). We expect to continue to live here, in a separate, more recently built, house and continue to be able to enjoy this land. As well as keeping access for our kids and grandkids. It is possible that Blood Mountain Collaborative will have other activities, one such dream is to create a small "Greek" theater on hillside...
