Quality of land

Stony loam - well draining with good access to water.  South and east facing with lots of sun and just enough pitch to slough off frosts.  Most of the land is currently in diverse wildflower pasture among lots of tree and shrub plantings.  Managed organically, but not certified.  There is one area that is tilled.  We've stewarded the land for 6 years and, so far, we've planted 2000+ trees and shrubs of 100+ species.

Collaborative model

Tenure arrangement details

I'm open to lots of different arrangements (lease, contract grazing, collaboration, or even potentially business partnership).  It seems like the land would be well suited to grazing, market farming, willow cultivation, berry / perennial growing, mushroom growing, or forest gardening.

Don't hesitate to reach out and introduce yourself!  We're looking forward to collaborating!
