Fulton Farms: We have +/- 10 acres of fallow pasture for farming. Fields were mowed last fall (2024). Area has springs that make the soil wet in certain areas. This is a former dairy farm and the soils are deep and rich with topsoil.

Quality of land
Rich loamy soil from years of dairy farming. Last used for dairy in about 2014. Fields had lots of goldenrod are now mowed. We want to fence about 3 acres for sheep and the 10 acres we are potentially making available can be for tillable crops. There are wet areas interspersed.
