Description of farming experience

I manage a distillery on a 60 acre working farm. This allows me to use farm equipment, understand irrigation systems and crop growing processes. I also am a beekeeper managing at least 8 hives with laying chickens as well. I’ve also volunteered at a local university’s aquaculture farm.

Farm enterprises description

I’d like to have a homestead that also has a distillery business on the premise. I’d also like to tap maple trees and produce honey from honeybees. The maple and honey could be used to flavor an aged spirit for sale to the public.
