I am looking for some land to prep this summer/fall for 2027 growing season. I would like a minimum of 2.5 acre with running water for propagation house, or permission to tap an uphill spring.

My dream is to grow food, flowers and quail for on farm events. Mainly education and live music. I will use cover crop and rotation management plan. I will use a minimum of plastic and will leave the land healthier than I found it.

I have lots of big dreams that I can't practically get done anytime soon, but maybe we have the same dream and can collaborate!

I have a interest in crop research and plant breeding. I want to grow lots of novelty perennials and have a nursery. I would like to produce a wild flower seed mix. I would like to plant a pine nut grove and a chest nut grove. and a grove for furniture grade hard woods. I would like to plant and apple orchard and culture truffes. I would like to grow mushrooms outdoors. I would like to grow cold hearty crops from China Japan and Korea that aren't grown here. I would like to bread game birds. I would like to raise "fresh water sardine".
