Description of farming experience
I have WWOOFed on several farms across the country, including Alaska. These farms have focused on growing fruits and vegetables, permaculture techniques, and soil regeneration techniques and small-scale livestock projects. Additionally, I have been a high school teacher for 13 years, incorporating agricultural projects into my courses, and have established a large school garden in which I manage and operate during the summer.

Ideally, I would like to establish a personal residence utilizing homesteading techniques and off-grid power options. I would also like to establish a small market farm primarily for personal supply, but with the motivation to also grow and expand to supply local markets and restaurants. I also like the idea of developing small, ecologically responsible investment housing.
