I have extensive experience managing a diversified regenerative livestock farm, including 100% grass-fed and finished beef, grass-fed lamb, pasture-raised poultry, turkeys, and laying hens. My work includes adaptive rotational grazing, pasture management, fencing and water systems, livestock care, direct-to-consumer and wholesale sales, and farm business management. I am also a professionally trained chef with more than 25 years of food and agricultural experience, including farm education, value-added production, marketing, and grant-funded farm development.

My preferred arrangement is a long-term lease with an option to purchase, allowing us to invest in soil health, fencing, water systems, buildings, and other farm infrastructure with long-term security. I am also open to a direct purchase, lease-to-own arrangement, or a long-term agricultural lease with favorable renewal terms. I would consider a creative transition with a retiring landowner, including seller financing or a gradual transfer of ownership. My goal is to establish a permanent farm home where we can build a regenerative livestock operation for the long term.

Our farm enterprises focus on diversified regenerative livestock production, including 100% grass-fed and finished beef, grass-fed lamb, pasture-raised poultry, seasonal turkeys, and laying hens. We plan to market through direct-to-consumer sales, wholesale accounts, farm pickup, and regional food businesses. We are also interested in expanding into value-added foods using our own farm products, such as prepared beef items, broths, and other chef-developed products. Our goal is to build an integrated farm business that connects livestock, healthy soils, local food, and strong regional markets.

Yes. I have an existing business plan for my farm and regularly update it as the business grows and changes. The plan covers livestock production, regenerative grazing, direct and wholesale sales, value-added products, marketing, financial projections, grant funding, staffing, and infrastructure needs. I am currently updating the plan to reflect relocation to a larger farm, expansion of our cow-calf and finishing operation, and development of additional farm-based food enterprises.

We are seeking a farm with adequate pasture, reliable water, fencing or the ability to install fencing, and suitable livestock handling areas. Barns or covered space for winter housing, hay and equipment storage are strongly preferred. Existing utilities, road access, and a farmhouse or nearby housing would be ideal. We are comfortable improving infrastructure over time and can install portable fencing, water systems, handling equipment, and other improvements needed for a regenerative grazing operation.

We are seeking a new long-term farm home after losing the lease on our current farm, where we have built a successful regenerative livestock operation. Our team combines extensive farming, culinary, and business experience. I am a CIA-trained chef and longtime livestock farmer, and our culinary partner, Chef Thomas Griffiths, CMC, brings decades of professional food and product-development expertise. We hope to continue producing grass-fed beef, lamb, poultry, eggs, and chef-developed value-added foods while investing in and caring for the land for the long term.
