Description of farming experience

I (Laura) have worked on 3 different farms, two diverse vegetable and one a Whole Diet (animal, perennial and annual). And grew up homesteading raising livestock and managing gardens.

I have a background as an Ag in the Classroom educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension, I developed curriculum to teach children about the roots of the food system. I have helped run events through the Good Farmers Guild of WNY. 

We both have building experience and Abram has experience as a design engineer and as-need mechanic.

We would like to help establish a healthy cooperative farm and coliving arrangement. 

 

We are looking for healthy forest stewardship and farming. My dream is a perennial herb and tree farm, with mushrooms and silvapasture systems.

 

We believe cooperative land management is the best method for humans of this generation to have access that land and form necessary community relationship.
