Small acreage with house and horse accommodations for myself and my Missouri Fox Trotter and Mini-Molly-Mule while I am a student/employee at UVM-Osher Center for Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching Certification Program (Fall 2026 throughout June 2028).  I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Regenerative Lifestyle Advocate, having kept both MFT & MMM in robust health, safe & sound, without vices, through Natural Horse Principles & Practices these 16-plus years. I manage all cares & cleanliness; as well as provide portable fencing & shelters as needed; and carry my own Equine Property & Liability Insurance Coverages.  Addt'l information & references supplied upon request.

I am a single female, 63-years-young, no pets nor children, non-smoker, former Respiratory Therapist, and now Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, with full-time student/employee role through a Leadership Grant with University of Vermont Osher Center for Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching Certification Program (Fall Semester 2026 throughout Spring Semester 2028) mostly hybrid since I am also amidst preparations for relocation from Rhode Island to dwell within reasonable commuting distance to/fro Burlington.
