Hello! We are a couple looking to branch out and start a farm of our own. The farmer has 20+ years experience in organic vegetable production and holds a master's degree in Soil Science. For the past 10 years, he has been managing a large scale certified organic vegetable operation generating $600k in revenue. Emma’s skillset includes community engagement, customer relations, and administration. She is a UVM alum and holds a Master's in Social Work from Boston College. Together, we have complimentary skills and experience to position us to run a thriving farm business. Please see our attached 1 pager to learn more about the criteria we are looking for.
