Description of farming experience
Many years ago, we owned and worked a small hobby farm in Southern Vermont with a farmstand and chickens. It was our long-term goal to expand operations, but Hurricane Irene had other plans for us! Still hopeful and grateful for all the blessings we have, but we are dreaming of getting back to our roots of small scale farming.

We are open to many different forms of land tenure arrangements. While we would love to eventually buy farmland or facilitate a land transfer, we are absolutely open to leasing and collaborative methods as well.

Farm enterprises description
Our farm enterprise will consist of a small scale operation including but not limited to regenerative and educational farming through vegetables, flowers, cover crops, and organic mulching.

Small scale farming that promotes diverse planting, water holding capacity and soil regeneration, with an intention of no till and no spray practices.
As a former teacher, it is within the mission to promote education through action at the local level for future generations to understand food supply and small scale farming operations.
