Tenure arrangement description
Our primary land tenure goal is to create a stable foundation for the Argos Project’s multifaceted research and commercial activities. We are open to long/short term lease, lease-to-own, joint venture (profit sharing), or creative stewardship partnerships where both parties can benefit from shared improvements and land use. Flexibility and mutual commitment are important to us as we develop our working dog center, animal intelligence studies, wellness and agritourism programs, and product lines. We will need both land and housing.

Farm enterprises description
Our farm will unite working dog training, innovative research in animal intelligence, and a science-based supplement line for dogs. We’ll ethically craft sheep and goat milk skincare products. Visitors can enjoy unique agritourism experiences including yoga with puppies, herding demonstrations, lecture series, wellness and corporate leadership retreats, as well as hands-on workshops. The project will build a large media presence (already gaining steam on TikTok!), offering education and entertainment while advancing science and sustainable agriculture in a vibrant, community-centered setting.

Business planning description
Our business plan integrates for-profit and research activities: dog training and field studies; production of dog supplements and milk-based skincare; and immersive agritourism offerings like wellness retreats, herding demos, and classes. Revenue streams will include product sales, event hosting, farm stays, and media partnerships. We aim for financial sustainability, scientific advancement, and strong community engagement, building a model farm that combines innovation, education, and regenerative agriculture. True working dogs are disappearing at a rapid pace with the rise of the pet industry, so this project's motto is conservation through research.

Additional information
The Argos Project seeks land to launch an innovative venture at the crossroads of science, animal care, and public engagement. With Harvard-affiliated leadership, we will combine working dog research, ethical product development, and one-of-a-kind agritourism experiences. Our goal is to create a profitable, community-focused operation that educates, inspires, and sustainably supports visitors while building a national media presence. We are eager to find a creative partner to bring this vision to life.
