Looking for a collaborative homestead in VT. Born and raised on a farm in TX. Extensive livestock Experience.

Description of farming experience

Raised on a rescue sanctuary farm in TX. Experience with livestock: pigs, goats, horses, foul, etc. 

Extensive carpentry experience: plumbing, electrical, wood structures, livestock enclosures and fence repair. 

Some Gardening/Greenhouse experience, very eager to learn more. 

Looking for a shared homestead situation, working with similar minded individuals. Moved to VT last year and going through transition. 

I have 3 cats and two small dogs (corgi and shi tzu). I'm very creative (if you have a dream to build, I'd like to help) and enjoy working with animals. I currently work at the Hospital in Berlin and would like to stay close by for income. Very solitary and quiet, enjoy being in nature.

Willing to dedicate 20 hrs of work per week on farm or land in exchange for housing. Looking for somewhere to call home, long-term housing preferred. 

Very comfortable working in solitude. Am a fixer-upper, If I can fix it, I will. 

Very creative and have extensive experience with Leather working, Seamstressing, Woodworking, Resin preservation. I have taught classes on all skill sets. 

Currently working at a Hospital in Berlin and Homeless shelter in Waterbury for income. Would like to stay within reasonable distance to commute. 

Extensive knowledge of livestock and willing to do the work to care for them. 

Must be able to bring my cat's and dog's. Preferably in a quiet peaceful setting.
