Additional Information

Sole operator with part time help currently raises organic dairy heifers, owned and boarded, as well as Angus beef. Non-organic sheep, pigs and layers are raised to a lesser extent. Markets include a well established farm store selling frozen meat and some freezer trade beef sales. Heifer boarding is provided for long standing organic dairy clients and there is some room to add to that list. We seek a career minded diversified farmer(s) interested in cattle production as well as conducting their own enterprise. The goal is to expand the offerings in our farm store with direct sales available to the collaborator(s). Possibilities include but are not limited to poultry, cattle, possibly some sheep as well as fruit, vegetable and maple syrup production.
