The farm consists of 108 acres of certifiable organic land, dwelling, greenhouses and barns located at 205 Cemetery Rd in Starksboro, Vermont. There are two separate non-contiguous parcels: a 57 acre northern parcel with house, greenhouses and barns and a 51 acre southern vacant land parcel located approximately 1/2 mile to the south. The Vermont Land Trust has a "traditional" conservation easement on the property that prohibits residential and commercial development, and the parcels cannot be sold separately.
