Tenure Arrangement

Tenure arrangement:

I have an existing hops trellis installed covering .75 acres for growing hops. Farmer may grow hops for free with some agreement for profit-sharing.

Additional Information

I have installed a hops trellis for growing hops in my backfield but discovered that I don't have the time or skill to manage the growing or harvest of the hops.  I am willing to let someone plant and grow the hops for free with some kind of arrangment that if you start to make a profit, I can get a small percentage of the profit.  I have a tractor that can be used free of charge, and I'm willing to cover expenses (e.g. purchase of fuel, twine, hops plants for growing, irrigation system) if you are willing to provide the work/labor and growing expertise (I do not have a green thumb).

The trellis is professionally installed with a height of 30 feet over 3/4 of an acre.  Two of the rows are already successuflly planted and producing hops.
