Property is operating as a small farm and has been in same family since 1959. Owner is on-site farmer and raised pigs on land until 2012. Owner currently raises asparagus, rhubarb, horseradish, mints, herbs, fruit trees, connifer trees, brambles, blueberries, strawberries, nut crops. Two bee hives on-site.

Apple orchard is on site close to greenhouse frame and three different raspberries are on-site and are both areas are available for tenant lease.

In flood plain, no new buildings can be constructed unless the Ag Department certifies they are flood proofed to their standards.

Any and all improvements to existing structures must remain intact when tenant leaves, whether made by owner or tenant. Any and all improvements by tenant, must be done with acknowledgement and approval of owner prior to the installation.
