Tenants are expected to be responsible stewards of the land they are leasing and the shared infrastrucure as well as comfortable farming in a community setting.

The acreage listed is divided between four parcels. Three of them have about 1.5 acres each and one parcel is 0.5 acres. Farmers can submit a business plan for any combination of the parcels. See the images or our website for more information on each parcel.
