Additional Information

The farm fences are in very good condition as are the buildings and equipment. There is an Central Boiler outdoor furnace which is connected to the house and one shop barn. It has a water leak in one of the pipes which needs repair to be useable.

The wood land has numerous riding trails and has been under a State approved management plan for 30 plus years. The farm is under a State Use Value appraisal program which must be continued by a new owner at the farm asking price. Approximate annual taxes under this program is $6000.

Farm pond which was built in 1987 is suitable for swimming, trout raising and we have used it for swimming. The water is clean.

The farmstead has very good garden soils, some raised beds, a healthy stand of Heritage raspberries and approximately 40 blueberry bushes. There is a good sized chicken house with electric power ans seasonal water supply. And a woodshed just off the kitchen door. We heat primarily with the soapstone wood stove which is included.
