Additional Information

40 acre farm in Lyme, NH seeks an experienced partner to grow the farm business, help further develop efficient farm production systems, and support using managed grazing to restore pastures.  Farm has 10 acres of good fenced pasture and supports a small grazing operation now, with potential for major expansion through pasture renovation and rental.  1/2 acre of excellent row crop soil is currently under cultivation, with room for expansion.  There is a very productive highbush blueberry field and apple orchard as well.  Two large hoophouses (one being constructed this spring) and a propagation hoophouse (under construction) offer good potential for protected crop production and season extension.  A tractor-operated composting facility effectively processes large volumes of organic material.  A heavy use area for wintering livestock provides shelter and recycles waste.  A heated builting provides crop processing space and a workshop.

We are offering to share siginificant farm infrasture with the right person in exchange for their partnership in growing the farm business and supporting the soil and ecosystem restoration work we are doing here.
