This is beautiful land at 1,100 feet, which was formerly used as pasture for dairy cows. It has not been treated with any pesticides or chemicals. The pH is approximately 6.5 as it is primarily a field with wildflowers. The slope faces west and it is well drained.

We are a homesteading family looking to share our land with folks who want to grow food or raise livestock commercially. Our property is small, but we know it has a lot to offer. It would be a great way to start or expand a market or CSA farm business as well as pasture some animals.
