This is the last parcel from my 400 acre family farm. It has been in the family for nearly a century. The lot is mostly wooded, with some mountain. There are three open areas of about 20 acres that used to be part of the family Christmas Tree farm. The fields are mowed every two years but two of the fields still have some Xmas trees left on them.
There are four, maybe five, potential building sites with good views on the property.
The first attachment/picture is a survey map of the parcel.
The second attachment is a satellite map of an entrance point to the west of 701 Tubbs Road.

Taxes in 2020 were $660.
There have been two appraisals done on the property. One was done by The Nature Conservancy as there is an area that has rare flowers/plants. Another was done by the Estate. Contact me and I will send them to you.
