Please describe your past and/or present farming experience

Been farming across Massachusetss and Vermont for nearly a decade with a focus on growing for culinary use. Our farm is now 2 years old and has outgrown its current space much more quickly than anticipated. Thus far we've mostly been growing vegetables and herbs, with a bit of fruit. We currently can't grow enough product on our space to meet the demand that currently exists, so we're looking for a new home!

Our farm started as a project between a farmer and a chef to grow produce for local restaurants, the Burlington Farmers Market, and a CSA. Since the pandemic hit we have transitioned into a CSA farm, which has allowed us to grow much more quickly than we had planned to. We have now outgrown our current space and we'd like to find ourselves our permanent home. We also have plans to add a cooking wing to this business, likely in the form of a catering company. Ultimately we would like to build our farm into a wedding venue, but that project is still years down the line.
