Would like to negotiate use of pasture for in-kind services (maintenance, managing the property, etc.), or if preferred, a modest fee. Property is listed with the State's Land Use Program as well as a River Corridor Easement with the Vermont River Conservancy. The easement only impacts 200 feet or so along the Wild Branch River, leaving plenty of pasturage. Woodlot was logged in 2013 but that would be a consideration in the future (probably not for another 8-10 years).
