We also have extensive forest acreage under Current Use management plan and would be willing to consider woodlands as part of the lease if it fit with the plan. We are amenable to land use plans that make appropriate use of the natural resources here. This is a beautiful farm with elevated mountain and valley views. Historically used for livestock production of all types, and infrastructure is in place and available as part of the lease.
